Payment Terms
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, and DISCOVER credit cards. C.O.D., * cash, certified checks, and money orders are also accepted.
All prices are NET F.O.B. our warehouse is located in Paramount, California.
All orders are to be for resale only. Resale number must accompany first order.
All claims of shipping shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods and carton damage to incoming freight should be indicated on the bill of lading.
There will be a 20% restocking charge for all returned merchandise.
No returns on merchandise without written authorization from MYCO IMPORTS, INC., items found defective can be returned "PREPAID" for replacement or repair.
All weights are in pounds (lbs).
PAYMENT TERMS: Cash or C.O.D. company check. First orders are C.O.D. Open terms are offered only after credit references have been provided and replies have been received. All orders must be either cash in advance or C.O.D. until then.

*C.O.D. Company check and net 30 accounts will only be honored to customers who complete a credit application form. To obtain a credit form, simply click on the top link "Order Forms" to download the form. Or call us to request a credit form so that it can be sent via e-mail or fax. The application must include a bank reference and three current trade references (Trade References must take full personal guarantee of their references). Furthermore, we will require a copy of your state tax resale certificate and current business license. We reserve the right to deny credit to any applicant or revoke terms. Allow 5-7 business days to process the application. Return checks will be subject to a $45.00 processing fee.

Prices and Discount Policy
All prior sales offers are void and inapplicable. The following lists details of our new policies:
All UPS orders must be $200 minimum.
The UPS order minimum excludes shipping costs.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.
All California customers must provide a copy of their valid sellers permit assigned to them by the California Board of Equalization.
We reserve the right to refuse or discount service.
Discount prices only apply during limited time sales offers as noted on the catalog and/or the home page of this web site.
